not like that i would most like be dead. i work for the city as a sanition enginer or trashman. there are 3 of use on a truck and my CS BATAC rides with me everyday, cause dogs tend to think what im takeing is theres. my turn driving was up so time to get on the back, we like to bust our hump to get done. to make a long storie short my driver was going buy at about 15 mph he said, i was runing and went to jump on a moving truck missed the step and went slideing down the road for about 10 ft. on my BA. my kydex is trashed:D and got a nice busse shaped bruise on my hip. but my BA came out with out a scratch thank god. only some road rash on my sholder ,i got lucky i didn't go under the tire. bet no body has had there busse save them in that manner before.
 
As long as the BATAC is ok...just kidding..glad to hear your ok..:thumbup:

ha i agree my first thought was oh my knife handle is toast. then i thought of going under the tire of a 38 thousand pound truck.
 
Man! Glad you're OK. But now you need to get a matching BATAC for the other hip, just in case! :D

don't i wish i got this CS BATAC g rex from df crane a fellow hoosier and infi hog don't think i'll ever see anther like it. WAIT a minute i don't want to fall off the truck anymore

Glad you are ok. I would love to see a picture of the custom shop BATAC after taking a spill.:) Be careful!

there are pices of my shirt suck in the kydex tryed to get a pic the yellow color on the sheat by the handle is saftey green

the knife stayed in the sheath but some how the handle still got a little scuff on it

i like the old fashion look of the pits in the steel thats why there not polished out.
 
Not bad at all.Is that a RED Strike Force Firestarter you have there? Love those have several but only in Blk and Orange. Seems she fared well overall. Now how about one of the road rash?
 
That was a close call. I would really watch jumping on moving trucks from now on. The Busse sheath just has character now. It adds to the rough tough been there done that Busse look.

my wife said she would take a pic of my hind quarters i like you all but just can't bring my self to drop trowl:D
it's orange and yes it's a strike force it is an awsome firesteel i have 2 getting a black one to match my blk on blk ash1

i beleave that sliding on the kydex aloud me to slide clear of the rear duals on the truck thank you all for your kind words and thoughts.
oh and my right a$$ cheek is killing me
 
Reminds me of when I was first learning to water ski - Ya just have to remember that if you do not get up - ya got to let go of the rope!!

Drank a lot of lake water that day :)
