Fellhoelter TiBolt G2 refills?

I purchased 2 of these last week and now am amazed to learn that the manufacturers suggested refill (Pilot G2 mini) is a ghost and no longer sold. Can I just buy the Pilot G2 mini pens and take out the cartridge to use as a refill, or is there another type of refill that you would suggest? Dumb question, thanks!

Yep, this is currently the only solution I know of. I wish there were a less wasteful option!

I've used the Jetstream D1 refills before and they do write very nicely. The Uni Jetstream just might be the nicest writing ballpoint out there.
