I am trying to get my Fenis LD15 fixed and I am looking all over my paperwork and their website to find out where to sell it and if they can get me free shipping but all they say is that will repair it withing 15 days for free, etc. It doesn't give me an address or a place to file for a warranty. I registered my warranty card and I looked up the Serial no. but that didn't really do anything. Can anyone help!?

Their warranty and repair info is here.

Also, if you purchased from 4sevens.com, I believe you can deal directly with them.

Good luck!

call who you bought it from, if it was an internet seller (website) they should have that info or be able to take care of it for you.

Good luck is right. I returned one to the dealer, per Fenix's instructions, over a month ago. I hope I'll get the light back eventually.

Did you try the aluminum foil trick that I told you about in the other thread?

If you didn't read that thread and I know that it got moved to the Feedback section, your problem sounds like a rear battery (negative end) contact spring issue.

Here is a link to a thread in Candlepower forums discussing a Preon Revo and a quick fix for said spring issue.

Fold a piece of aluminum foil and put it in before the battery. Let that slide down the tube and then stick a fresh cell in there and see if it lights up then.

Let us know if it works. The other thread left us hanging.
