SO guys i'm going to be buy one this weeek.
Need so help cause i dont know wich one to get?

please help?

Good, but totally different lights. I'd think your intended use should decide--so what are you going to use it for?
The L2P is discontinued, so you may be looking at the L2T.

The E2D will be more compact since it runs off CR123s, has a pocket clip, and is a lot brighter, though it will gradually dim throughout its much shorter runtime. The E series lights really do have a beautiful beam for an incandescent, though. I carried an E2e years ago, but quickly switched to a L4. Gave up some throw for the ability to use rechargeables, and regulated runtime. At the time, I was using the light way too much to be feeding it a pair of 123s every couple of days.

The L2P/T will be cheaper, longer(unless you use an optional 1x123 body), has a reverse clickie(no momentary on), excellent beam quality, dimmer for longer, and can run on rechargeable AAs. The L2T has a low beam, too, for a much longer runtime.
Check out www.fenix-store.com for pics, runtime charts, etc.

It depends what you want to use it for.

E2d for personal carry(in-pocket), if you have the cash to run it.

L2p if you're going to stash it in your glovebox or something.

Looks like you answered your own question. Get the SureFire but just remember that the cells for it is a bit more expensive and might be harder to find.

i have them both, they are both good lights, the surefire is brighter, rather than the E2D i would get the E2L with the LED head, which is what i have and really like, my fav light FWIW, but the 'D isnt bad, of the fenix and the E2D i would take the E2D simply for brightness, if ya dont need a bright light though the fenix is pretty cool.

the fenix lights are LED bulbs (long lasting, good battery life, cool running).

surefire e2d uses incandescent bulbs (shorter lived, moderate battery life, burns hot, but brighter output).

if this is for SD, the E2D is probably the way to go. keep in mind, if you carry your E2D in your pocket, it'll poke you. i carried by e2d in my pocket for about a week, but couldn't stand the weight and the impact bezel sticking my thigh.

if you get the surefire, it'll be brighter, but expect on changing the batteries more frequently (123A lithiums are becoming more common and run about 1.50/battery). if you get the fenix, it'll be slightly less bright, but the batteries are easy to find and burntime is considerably longer. lithium batteries also have a good shelf life and are more stable for storage in most environments.

those are the primary characteristics you'll have to consider, think about them and which will suit your needs properly.

if you go surefire, please remember to dispose of expended batteries properly.

have L2p on me (btw it comes with cordura holster)
handled SF -of course it has much mor e tactical look to it and more bright, but eats expensive cells…
L2p
+ more than twice cheaper
+ wont poke yr leg ;)
+ LED (won't burn out, longer lifespan)
+ common (and cheap) batteries, you can even use rechargeable ones
- not as bright as SF
- more slippery
- less effective as impact weapon
- no pocket clip

The Fenix single cell light is plenty for use in an office and at night walking to your car or getting your mail out of that darn community box. The dual cell SureFires can be too bright in some cases if you are an office worker using it for utilitarian reasons and not as a tactical substitute.

I have an L2T in my pocket right now, SWEET light! I own a Surefire, a few Inova LED flashlights, and got this Fenix about 6 months ago. I bought if from fenixstore.com and it came with the L1T body (1AA) for $8 more. I taped the two holes on the base of the flashlight (intended for lanyard) and mounted a clip with some 6-32 button heads. This flashlight is super bright off my Energizer 2500's (LED lights run longer and brighter off of NiMH rechargable batteries). This light is plenty bright enough for SD on the high setting, and great for using all night on the low setting (10 hours runtime, and by low it does not mean dim by any standards). I carry this light in my back right pocket and it goes everywhere with me. I spent $10 on the batteries (about the cost of 3 123A lithiums) and I don't have to buy anymore all year! This light is brighter than any of my 6 volt (2 123A lithium batteries) LED flashlights, and beats my Surefires runtime by 400%! This is my favorite light (if you can't tell) and would recommend it for SD and/or utility.

The E2d is workable for SD, especially if you practice the empty hand components in the Filipino Martial Arts. However I note that the pocket clip sucks. Mine broke after just a week of carry, not just the clip but the housing that held the clip disenegrated and Surefire refused to repair or replace it claiming the clip was modfied. So their warranty isn't as iron clad as some have claimed and their repair turn around time is about four weeks. Other than that, a great light and very easy to carry, even without a clip.

Matador-

surefire had always been great to deal with in my experience as far as customer service goes, the very few times i have needeed to replace anything that broke the invariably mailed it to me free of charge.

i dont know why everyone wants the E2D i very much prefer the E2L or an E2e with a KL1 head, of course i dont intend to hit anyone with mine i suppose, really i dont know that the small crenallations on the KL1 head wouldnt work about as well for SD, i dont care for the 'D because of those crenallations they just tear up pockets/etc when ya carry them, imho to carry them edc ya need a sheath of some sort.
