I thought a clicky tail for the P1d was on the way (like the aftermarket thing someone is making), but the P2D is actually like a L1D CE with a body tube for a 123a. I like this better, because the L-series heads have the turbo mode option.
They also have a P3D CE (uses 2 lithiums) with 160 LUMEN output. Wow.

I suspected, but this confirms it. The P2D tube will fit the L1d, so you can just buy the new body tube if you already have the L1d CE (and get the same output as with a L2d CE tube).

I would say something like "this is the ultimate flashlight EVER," but that's what I moronically thought when I bought the P1d CE.
