Ferric Chloride question

I checked out the Search function and can't locate the answer I need. Is 42% Ferric Chloride solution from the factory the same concentration as the Radio Shack FeCl? Is 42 Baume the same as 42%? In the past I used the powdered form to mix into distilled water but have some liquid due in today.
