Monofletch let me guess, your going ask FF to design something without a gigantic choil? A choilless premium version of the Prolix (upgraded steel, CF or micarta handles) would float my boat and find my lost remote.

Unfortunately.
But honestly though in todays world it is the worst way to be in contact. Why people call? Often to ask things that they could figure out with common sense. When do they call? When you are guaranteed to be busy (like in busy hours). What happens to things when called? They get potentially lost with some post-it label.

I'm also looking for ways to contact Ferrum Forge, so I did some research and found that using temp numbers could be a solution. You can try using free UK virtual mobile number for SMS receiving, as it could help you receive texts from them. This way, you can send your inquiries and receive their responses without giving out your personal phone number. I know it can be frustrating not being able to find contact information for a company, but hopefully, this workaround can be helpful. Good luck with reaching out to them! In my experience most of the small to medium companies are really good about calling back when you leave a message. Some of the designers often handle the calls themselves. I know Darriel Caston does quite frequently. Got a call back from Jared Oeser too.
