These are some of my Halibut knives. Used green G10 and each with a criss crossed sheath for horizontal/vertical carry.

Bailey, you have a real winner with your Halibut knife. The James Todd G10 was a perfect choice. Very nice.
 
Generally the overall length is 6" tip to tip. The blade is about 2 3/4 - 3" tip to handle. I designed the handle because I dont like 3 finger knives and I wanted a small one that my little finger would still grip. This is what I came up with.

Here are some in the hand pics to give an idea how they fit. You can see in the second picture that the tip of the handle still sticks out a bit past my little finger with my hand closed.
