First the item im most excited about is the trekker kelly kettle. Some say its a one thing wonder maybe it is have yet to test. From whT ive read it boils water very fast with minimal effort for finding fuel. Personally I much prefer leaving as little impact on the world as possible so no gas cannisters for me is a huge plus. Dehydrated meals are great for backpacking.

Next item I got is a silky saw pocketboy 170 never tried a pocket saw and really wanted to so I b8t the bullet. Hoping it will replace an axe time will tell.

Third is a dpx heft 6 woodsman I know many have choice words for ryp but as for the blade first word.that comes to mind is WoW then thank you lionsteel.

Third I got some stormproof matches in a waterproof case and I know these work great. Ill try post a review in a couple weaks to show my thoughts on the above items.

Cool, I'm anxious to read your review on the Kelly Kettle as I have been considering one. I have a feeling you are going to be pleased with the Silky Saw. I have the same Pocketboy 170 as well as a Gomboy .

No broken blades for me. There is a little bit of a learning curve involved with the Silky's and they do have a thin blade that I'm sure will snap if used improperly. They cut on the pull stroke not the push stroke so avoid pushing hard on them. No need to muscle them as they cut best with a lighter touch with the tension on the pull stroke preventing them from binding. Let the saw do the work and I think you will be impressed by the results.
