First of all, how is the balance? Is it in the blade, the middle, or towards the butt-end?

Second, how is the overall construction of the scales? Do you think they have the potential to scratch much?

Third, where did you get yours, and how much?

Thanks in advance,

Bonjour,

the balance Is quite good. Juste in the front part of the handle. A very fast knife. Quick draw are easy too !!

The carbon fiber handle are thin and beautifully crafted. I don't think it will be so easy to ruin.
This knife is design as working poney.

Cheers

JM

Ditto what Nemo said. I got mine on eBay for $103 with the leather sheath and a kydex sheath with tec-loc.

I have to say, the knife is great, but I'm not too impressed with the leather sheath at all. The benchmade logo on the back is off center, the stiching is uneven, and the leather is getting pretty worn and cracking just after one day. You would think benchmade wouldn't skimp on the sheath after producing such a nice knife.

Ditto for the leather sheath.

Logo off center and craking in the opening.

I believe this kind of "Pouch Scabbard" need some time to fit like a glove.

After one day it's much much much better and now I am able of....

AAaaaayyyyye QUICKDRAW !!!!!!

Yessssssssssssssssssss! ;)

Now the sheath is starting to be great !

AAaaaayyyyye QUICKDRAW !!!!!!

Yessssssssssssssssssss!
Again !

cheers

JM

PS: AAaaaayyyyye QUICKDRAW !!!!!!

Yessssssssssssssssssss! :D

How's it in hand? How does it compare say to the Nimravus Cub? I'm a fan of bigger handled knives - the BM 520 is just right. Am I going to be wanting a little more in my palm?

Thanks, Gordon

It's much smaller than the Nim Cub.
The Bm210 is a mini Knife.

It feels great !

cheers

JM

You should hold one first.
It is truly tiny.
I think it's beautiful but a bit too small for me, I didn't recognize it when I saw it in person cause my mind was thinking bigger, self defense capable. In seeing and holding it I''m thinking super fancy scalpel. A surgeon would love it
It's handy, but too small for my macho knife tastes. I'd love to see one about 2/3 bigger in all dimensions.
Did I mention I thought it was really pretty?
