In a great box box of Busse Goodness that arrived to me this week was a FFBM I got from the EX here. It arrived to me via Dave Brown (who pressed another fantastic kydex sheath around it) and then onto worldwood who held onto it for me till I had filled a box to ship over.... :) Have to say, lots of good people have a hand in the knives that end up down here in Australia... :D :D

Nice score! I share how you feel. Being based out of the USA, it posts some challenges for us to acquire these fine Busse knives. Fortunately, there are many helpful Hogs out there.

Great blade Andy….. I really miss mine….. Dave is helping me out in a similar way just now also, he's a legend like that.

Awesome blade! That second picture almost looks like a minature set or something. Almost a dreamy feel. Very cool

The FFFBM is a great specimen of a mistress, not too skinny not too fat, she's just right ;).

Dave sure does some nice work too. I'm curious, are those handles tan linen, tigerhide or maybe it's just tan canvas :confused:? Whatever it is they look awesome! I also noticed that the bevel line on the flat grind looks straight, that's different. Any chance it's a custom shop blade? If you see in my, less than professional picture below, the grind lines are semi rounded and have a bevel line. Sorry to get so technical on you I'm just always interested in different mistress variations.

Once I wrap up a few things I gotta hunt one down!!!!
