Congrats!
I really like the boss jacks, but the flat jacks seems like they could be better cutters.

i have been wanting a boss jack for the longest time, glad i held out for these puppies. the FFG and small choil are great features, plus the cericoat looks really nice. i plan on using one and keeping one pristine. might strip the user(and will post pics if/when that happens)

"Flat Jack", I like that. I have a BG version and I fell in love with it the moment I picked it up. Just a great, we'll rounded knife.
i guess the BGBJ is FFG and small choil too, i just had to look it up and refresh my memory. still glad i waited for the infi version, feels really great in hand

Thinking of stripping too. Please post more pictures if you do. FirsT timer in stripping.

Guys, just a heads up. Stripping chemicals like CitriStrip don't work on Cerakote. If you want to take the CeraKote off you're gonna have to sand it or bead blast it off.

Checking with all the experts here, would sand blasting work or it has to be less abrasive bead blasting?

I've never used sand but my gut tells me that it would be hard on the handle scales.
the canvas handles have a coating on them as well, not really happy with that, so i might want to strip that off too. i don't have any bead/sand blasting equipment though. if i get serious about stripping one of these Ganza Boss Jacks then i will do a little research on stripping the cerakote(if it's even possible)

i am thinking of trying out dremel-ing it, any experience stripper using this method?

Let me play the devils advocate here. That knife looks great as is, and if you don't have experience stripping/sanding a knife there's a good chance you could make a mess of it, especially with a dremel.
I've stripped a ton of knives and if I got a piece of INFI coated with cerakote, the only way I'd be comfortable removing it is bead blasting.
Just my two cents.
Good luck and no regrets!
