I was astonished to see a Camco electrician knife go for $35.95 at auction in the bay recently. A few days later the seller puts up an identical knife starting the bid at $9.99 plus $4.95 shipping and the auction closes with no bids.

One day it's "worth" $36, a week later, not even $15.

Were the Camco electrician knives imported? Are they on par with the classic Camillus electrician knives w. black Delrin handles?

Search closed auctions "camco camillus electrician" to see the knife of which I speak.

more recently camco was their budget imported line, back in the day they were still the budget brand but made in the states, 35 bucks for it seems crazy high but remember...
Its only worth what somebody will pay for it!
i just know i wouldnt have bid that high and definitely not for the TL29 as these are pretty common from alot of manufacturers, a couple years back i picked up a really nice old Kutmaster TL29 plus a german cell handled pen knife for 5 bucks at a flea market, TL 29's can easily be had... unless its something really special.
