Andy’s Note: I really like this week’s batch of knives. I think its good to be in 2014 and though we lost one, the week turned out stellar IMO. The knives this week are quite an assortment. It was hard to group them for pictures. And the handles this week have a lot of variety too. Some of the prettiest burl I’ve put on a knife went onto a Hunter this week. There are three that I am aching to keep, and a set of Nessmuks with White Oak scales and tapered tangs that are stunners!
I can tell we’re all looking forward to a weekend with no travel. Its cold by Atlanta standards here, so I know a lot of y’all are truly freezing. I hope this finds everyone safe, warm and well fed.
The steel this week is 3D Spalted 01 steel and CPM 154 with Fiddleback Textured Flats.

Recluse and Terassaur. These models look similar, but they are very different knives in the hand. The points, handle shape, terminations, and lengths are different. Both models are bushcrafting knives. These two knives are both ground on SFT tangs with 1/8” thick 3D Spalted 01 steel. (The Recluse is on top in the first pic.)
