OK. I hope y’all are ready for another batch of Fiddleback Friday fun. First, I want to thank all of you from myself and Ron and our families. We depend on y’all, and we hope you love the tool you buy from us.

The prices this week are without sheaths. I am lucky enough to work with both Heber Ellsworth and Rick Lowe. Both make fantastic sheaths that are completely different from one another. I appreciate your support for them as well.

All of the steel is 3D Spalted 01. Shipping is included within the US.

The Hunter picture didn't show up on the post. Can you re-upload it? Thank You!!

 Did you say, "...Tapered tang." You said they would be coming soon, but I didn't think it would be that soon. Well done.

Awesome batch in all Andy!

Mark

Wowsers! Some of those handles are Amazing! I love how the G-10 glows and those Burls are incredible. Andy, I think you have out done your self on this batch!!

Gents, I have sheaths in stock! If you order a bushcrafter style sheath from me today, I'll take $5 off the price. That includes customs. Some instock sheaths are ready to ship, others are partly finished and ready for customization. Email/PM me for details.

EDIT: Phew...I was scrambling when I posted the I'll take it comments. Having a very busy day here. I just wanted to take a minute to say WOW, what a batch. That Hunter is really something special...I'm holding out for one of those with a full height convex grind but MAN...I was tempted with this one. I also really like the Bushfingers this week: the one with quartersawn White Oak and the high convex grind would be my choice (that is a choice cut of some beautiful, elegant wood IMO) but I really like the "Butterscotch" configuration as well.

Furthermore, sorry if you feel like you got sharked MedicWrightDR: I have been waiting for one of these EDKs to come up in a handle config I like and I really like the Tuxedo configuration. Fiddleback's knives have a general price and then are sometimes priced up a bit depending on materials and features etc, so once you've been browsing the threads for a while you'll pretty much know the prices IME. I had to scoop that EDK otherwise I would have been kicking myself later! How cool is Andy though to offer to make one up just for you? I hope you get the knife you're looking for, MedicWrightDR!

Can anyone else not see the Hunter. I can see it on 3 devices with different IP's.

What is the price on the Karda?

The Karda is a base price knife. $200. Sorry for missing that.

I'll take the:

2012 1012 014 – Recluse, Maroon Linen over natural canvas with a white pinstripe, convex on 5/32” 01 - $250

Thanks Alfred. Maroon linen over nat can is really pretty.

Sharked it. Congrats. I love that little design. One of those accidents that turns out GREAT!!! We have another one next week. Accidental greatness.

Thank you very much guys.

Andy, I don't know if this is intentional or not...but you got me man. There is NO WAY I can resist making a matching set for my wife...I will also take this knife:

2012 1012 007 – Hiking Buddy, Doublemint with a mosaic, Convex on 1/8” 01 - $225

That is going to match her Doublemint Bushfinger perfectly ;)

EDIT:

I thought of that. Good score.

THANKS!!!

So it WAS entrapment after all! :p Well, you definitely got me. I've now officially spent way too much money on my wife haha :) She got a little suspicious the other day when I was talking about something camping related and she said "oh God, you're not getting me a knife for Christmas are you?" I lied, of course...but now it's not a lie! I'm not getting her a knife...I'm getting her two! Haha my wife is still very reluctant to go outdoors with me, but I think when she sees this beautiful matched set...well, she'll at least want to carry them, even if she doesn't use them all that much. I hope she gets the bug and starts really enjoying herself outdoors...but we'll see. Anyway, I will be sure to post pictures once I've got the knives and I'll give you guys her feedback after Christmas!

The mosaic pin is a very nice touch, BTW. Great work, as usual, from Fiddleback Forge!

Dang. I would have gladly given the $200 for the Karda. Well played Pveiled, lol. You got a great knife. Now I know the rules and the "ill take it" vs "what's the price". Andy....make more Kardas for next week.

I'll make you one since it was my fault you missed it. Send me an e-mail and summarize this situation for me. Sorry for the snafu.
