In case the forum is down for the opening of Fiddleback Friday, we are going to do it via email.

Please send an email to phillip@fiddlebackforge.com so I can form an email mailing list.

I will send the available knives out at 12pm EST..the claiming of the knives will be first come-first served based on the order in which they hit my "inbox".

The "thread" will be sent out in 2 pics w/ the descriptions.




Again,
-Email me with "FIDDLEBACK FRIDAY" in the subject line and I will put you on the list.
-At noon tomorrow, I will email out the "thread" and that point the thread is "live"
- There is no waiting until 3pm to claim the knives.

Just trying to help a brother out but ...

You might want to load the pics and compile the thread today just to do a test preview and make sure it looks correct. :D

had I known all this forum change over was starting topday...I would have gladly had the thread ready....it's not that hard w/ prior notice, I had it already to go last Thursday.
 
I totally missed this. Is there anything left? Was the little lady in this batch or is it next week??

There are 4 knives left. Im at my moms but will post them up when i get home

I'm super excited for the Lil' Lady as well. No idea when I'll get one, maybe I can get my hands on one at the Hiawasse gathering.

honestly, i agree

im surprised the Pygmy was the first to go...you never know...i thought the Asp would be the first one...it was a strange Fiddleback Friday though.:(
 
Yep the pygmy and the IW Bushboot were the first ones I tried for. I could'nt believe that black ash burl Bushboot was still available an hour later. I'm very lucky to have claimed that one!!!!!!
Figured this was my best chance at a Bushboot
 
I'm honestly surprised that F2 is still here! That thing is a beaut, and the F2 is a heck of a model!

Sorry, can't say. All were claimed via email though. ;-) Just kidding of course .. But, this was an interesting one because it was all "blind" and only Phillip knows. Kind of has its own element of intrigue, no?

The folks that sharked the knives know as well. Im going to let them come forward if they wish.
 
Got the penetrator tip tuxedo esquire... I thought I was done with collecting esquires ... oh well
