I spent last Thurs through Sunday back home in Mississippi with my folks. Dad had to have his gall bladder removed. He sounded so bad we drove over in case mom needed help. He came through fine at the time, so I spent time on the property, which was nice. This week he is back in the hospital w pain. Please say a prayer for him. I will be praying a lot for him.
Still got some pretty knives done for y'all this week. And did 4 knives from the GB list as well. Two beauties with wood scales, a Walnut Handyman, and a Osage Lil Chicka. I love the Chickadee line. So far I've only finished two of the six models. This is the smallest in the lineup. Open handle concept with a scalloped pommel. Pocket Kephart sized. Then there is a gorgeous Bushboot with very nice vintage linen micarta. And a classic Bushfinger wearing Tiffany Blue. I hope you love them.
Here they are:
1. Bushfinger - 1/8" A2 with a tapered tang, Tiffany Blue G10 scales with natural liners and yellow g10 pinstripes.
2. Bushboot - 1/8" A2 with a tapered tang, vintage linen micarta scales with natural liners and white g10 pinstripes.
3. Handyman - 1/8" A2 with a tapered tang, spectacular curly Walnut scales with black liners and white-orange-white g10 racing stripes.
4. Lil' Chicka - 3/32" A2 with a tapered tang, Osage Orange scales with black liners.
