  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Fiddleback hiking buddy cpm-154 I made a imgur link so I could post high res pics.
I used a venev 320 grit Dimond stone to remove steel and shape the blade. Then I used a 800 and 1200 grit Japanese splash and go stone (Naniwa) to shape and sharpen. I then used sandpaper (1500,2000, and 3000 grit) to polish.
I would like any and all criticism and critiques. I got the edge a little too thin in my opinion. This is my first attempt at re-profiling, I wanted to try a fiddleback with a full convex blade.
Thanks, Jason

Looks nice from here, but without being able to hold it, I can't offer much. Your surfacing and polishing to clean the blade up looks nice, even.
