Fiddleback wine pairing

Good timing for this thread. I just found some of the wines I will be using in the photo project, so I can add content later :) By the way, white zins and blushes are my favorite wines other than home made :D

How about a Kistler Chardonay & Osage pairing:

There's always a Kosta Browne 4-Barrel Pinot & Cocobolo pairing:

If all else fails there's a nice Amuse Bouche Pomeral style blend & Burlap pairing:

The Amuse Bouche wine is a collaboration of the Napa Wine Diva, Hedi Barrett and John Schwartz. Each vintage it is offered with a unique label commissioned by a well known artist. In the case of 2007 it was done by Leroy Neiman. When you purchase the wine you also get a signed print of the label suitable for framing. Here is a cropped photo of the print from our home in Florida.....my wife requested that she be cropped out of the photo

Don't have fiddleback yet (one day, maybe) but would a WA Surles count? I have to ge the wine, but I like Sutter Homes White Zinfandel or I recently had a Biltmore, blush I think.
