Hey All,

I went out camping this weekend for the first time in over a year and took some beauty shots of my Woodsman while I was out.

Just to show that the Woodsman was more than eye candy.

This is a picture of Md25v's Ladyfinger that I took. I really liked this knife, but I have to say that I prefer wood handles to micarta (as far as aesthetics are concerned); though I wish wood was as durable.

Damn those came out nice. I can't wait till my Ladyfinger has a nice patina like that woodsman of yours!

Nice pics!

Cut up an apple or two. Instant patina

Those are some nice shots. That Woodsman looks really sweet! I love the patina you have going on it, and the handle is stunning. I love the looks of Andy's wooden handles but I am more comfortable with micarta, besides Andy has done a beautiful job on the micarta on the two Fiddlebacks I do have.

Just use it for some food prep. Slice and dice some carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, and peppers a few times, slice a few apples and pears, you'll have a nice patina in no time.
