I've used the search engine to try and see examples of lanyards on the Fiddlebacks we treasure with little results.
Let's see your pride and joy rocking a lanyard/braid and why you like it with or without.

I really like lanyards on the knives I use for pocket carry not so much on the belt. Im actually thinking about cutting the one off my Sylvrfalcen as I type this.

I normally don't use a lanyard. But I do on this one. Cuz Electric Orange. ;)

All of mine have tails, more fobs than lanyards:

The scraplets don't do the knives any justice in pictures (with the possible exception of Robert's blue knot :D), but I do like having the little bit extra for drawing from deeper sheaths, etc.

With Warrior108's Sylvrfalcen and Gaucho, as I contemplate what I want my own array to hold going forward:

My first attempt at one. I really like the combination on schmitties so may try something similar in future.

I really enjoy making lanyards. My wife and I jokingly refer to my lanyard work as "tactical weaving."

Here are a few examples of my favorite designs...

Natural liners and pins, blue pinstriping, blue handle: I love this look! Your blue-threaded sheath is a worthy complement. :)
