Here's 2 pics of my Ganga Ram Special and Gelbu Special. I'm trying to get more detail into the pictures by doing some editing. I tried adjusting the contrast and brightness using some photo editing software. I'm new at it.

Hey that gelbu special looks pretty good. I really like the angle of the bend. Not too bad of work with the camera either.
 
They are so shiny and pretty, it's hard not to get a reflection from my flash. The GS is defintely a looker!

Here's a thread by PhilL that he posted in the Shop Talk Forum about taking better knife pix. Phil describes and has a drawing of a simple made device that gets rid of background shadows.
IIRC Phil said he was a profesional photographer. I know Phil takes some beautiful knife pix.
