Question: Going Deer & Hog hunting at the end of November. Any thoughts on which knife to bring for field dressing an animal (for non-hunters this means cutting the animal open from stern to stem and removing the innards): Spec Bump S30V or ZT200? I have used my trusty Buck Gut-Hook, but I hate to have these two new knives not get a little bloody. Thoughts or preferences?

I would try them both to see how the different blade styles and steels perform for the tasks. Take along your buck also. I have dressed out many types of game with a wide variety of blades. You won't know what works best for you until you try it out.
