Is there a way to reduce the shine or glare of the carbon fiber sheath?

The extra shine is WD40.
I use it to clean off the surface at the end.
I'll get more pics of it for you

At 8.6 ounces this is a really nice knife. I will be storing mine in my back pack, ready to go.
