What small sharpening stone do you take with you into the field? Getting a new one and am looking for suggestions. Thanks for any input you might have. Smaller/lighter the better.

I usually take a Ceramic rod with me.

Ceramic rod for fine edge work .... diamond hone incase I hit a stone ..... sawn off butchers steel to re-align the edge as Infi usually rolls if you hit a stone and the steel does'nt remove the lip of a roll by grinding like the diamond can do.

That makes three of us using the Eze Lap M ..... that's my diamond hone referred to above ....

Speedy Sharp Knife sharpener for me. I've used it on every thing from kitchen cutlery to an axe. It works great on INFI!!!

I use one of the India oil stones that come on A Randall knife sheath. I get them each year at Blade from one of the guys selling Randall knives. I bought five today at blade, for $1.00 a piece.

Altoids tin + piece of leather glued with compound on it, sandpaper inside the tin. All my knives are convexed, from my folders to my big ones.
