Hi Bladeforumites,
I just finished this up. The materials are 1080, brown linen and stainless tube. My goal was a Tanto that would split the difference between utility and defense (or offense). I ground the bevels a little higher and curved the tip quite a bit. It has my "working knife" polish and is double ground nearly to a zero edge. It has a slight secondary edge bevel for ease of sharpening in the field. The stock is 1/4 inch, with a blade length of 5" and 10" overall.
Thanks for looking,
Nick
