I've been grinding this one for days! ...well I had some big breaks in between but this isn't the kind of knife that gets ground in one session.

This one is just over 13" long with a handle of around 4-5/8" but to me it feels biggar. It's also made from .36" 516 Steel stock.

Ir's mostly ground but still has a ways to go and my plunges are not set yet. I'm going to do the final grinding today and will hopefully get it glued up with slim line double black canvas scales. It's a double flat saber grind and will be pulled up and back a bit further. I'll convex the edge.

I'm going for an exposed pommel and lanyard hole.

I did a lot of shaping work on the spine... hard to see in the pic but it ranges from full rounded to flat.

THAT is METAL!

This one is now glued up and has a hand rubbed finish! I just about did myself in on that part but it is looking good! real good... :D :p :)

I went with the slim double black micarta scales as I really like the look. Pics soon!
