I'll let the forum member identify himself here if he wants to.

This blade is 10.5 inches long and 5/16" at the spine. Made from secret "Bagwellian" steel :D

The grooved guard is brass as well as the octagonal ferrule. The handle is lightly torched osage orange.

very nice lines ,the handle looks like a blend of a crook back & coffin, cool.

OK,Now that I remembered to Start Inhaling and Exhaling again; That is Without a Doubt One Freakin' NICE Bowie

I like combining the "edges and angles" on the coffin handle with a plow style on a fighting Bowie. These edges carry out from the ferrule. with whether on a coffin, dogbone, ot this style grip and give a very firm hold and good indexing on the knife. Adding a few big pins here and there helps too.

Hmmmm....panther-piss Bowie....hmmmm

Very nice bowie. Next time though, you might want to optimize the heat treat, by quenching in the blood of an enraged Yak. :D

I thought Bagwell used the piss of a menstruating female Sasquatch.

Nice Bowie, Greg. It was a real jaw dropper at first glance...and second an third...

Good looking knife bud. I love the osage.

Usually I just take a wiz right on the blade to quench. That can get tricky, as I've learned ;).

Another imposing bowie... always loved those lines you seem to get consistently. The sheath isn't half bad either ! Jason.
