I would like to find someone that does good file work to do some work on a knife I am making. I only have the use of one hand an I'm having a heck of a time trying to do it right. It's a full tang bowie and I just want some file work around the handle.

It might help if you could maybe find an example of the kind of filework you want. Have you seen something on another knife that you could point out, or a link we could look at to reference?

I've done a little filework before, but I'm not that experienced at it. I can understand the challenge of doing it with one hand though. Have you tried securring the knife in a bench vise while you work on it?
