I'm actually still working on it a little bit. Mainly on the silver sheath for this dagger, but I have changed the handle up a little bit since Blade. I've never done a dagger like this or any knife that was quite this complex. The bad part is I wanted to go even farther with it, but I had to hold back some. Anyway! I hope you guys like the pictures.

In the end it has roughly 500 pieces of silver. There is a little more than that, but I didn't count the exact number. There are 8 black lipped pearl inserts. The blade is West Texas Wind on 200ish layers of 1080/15N20, with the guard being around 100 layers of ladder pattern. The handle core is 360 layers of ladder pattern, but you can't even see it really. I suppose I put a little more work into that than I should have, but I really wanted to the 'wings' to look cool. I want to combine my normal filed handles with my filigree. The filigree really over shadows the work I put into filing the handle, which I'm still trying to find a way for the two to compliment each other.
It isn't perfect, but I'm pretty happy with this being my third time soldering. I plan on posting up some pictures of the finished knife with the sheath once it is completed. The sheath is... whew. Well it has 4 times the amount of filigree on it and almost as much pearl. If I could change anything, I probably would have done the guard in stainless and engraved it. If my engraving wasn't terrible. lol.
Anyway! Let me know what you think. Good, bad, or indifferent. I know a lot of people don't like it, but I did try to make it as awesome as I possibly could.
