Filing Cyro Treated blades?

Is it possible to do file work on a blade that has been Cyro treated? I have some diamond files coming but don't know if they will be up to the task of filing a Cyro blade that I have coming.

they should work ok. just go easy on them.

Cryo only puts 1-2 HRc points higher hardness on the steel. After HT it's better to use diamond ,much easier. As Richard says go easy ,let the tool do the work .Heavy presure tends to pull out the diamonds especially with coarse diamond.
