I for one would LOVE to see a Filet Knife with H-1 steel...

I miss the Catcherman myself. I did stock up on 4 of them so I got a good fillet knife until they come up with another one.

I would like to see a longer folding fillet knife in their line up before too long. I also miss their good kitchen knives as well.

I’ve been thinking for a while now, the Catcherman model would be a perfect addition to the salt lineup. People who actually use it for a fillet knife would see benefit, and I would love it because that’s the model I use for everyday food duty.
