Is Katrina going to raise gas prices that much? I heard it is going through some major oil and natural gas refineries.

We drove by one place here in town and it was $2.95 a gallon. It was something like $2.50 when we left the house this moring. There were some places that had it for $2.65 so we waited in line like everyone else.

Headline News just announced that crude oil set a new record at over $70.00 a barrel. They said to expect gas prices to jump by upto 30 cents/gallon, possibly more

After the ICORE match on Saturday, I filled up the truck. $85.00!!! Man am I glad that I get to ride the bus to work (120 mile round trip) rather than drive.
