After reading about the end days of Camillus, I'm very leery of anything that comes from this auction. Were these made by disgruntled and semi-skilled workers? From what I've read, quality control had become an issue even before the strike/lockout.
 
The QC should not be your concern.

The truth is the knives that were rejected by the QC process are many of the ones that were piled up in the auction!
 
I am certainly concerned in the QC of anything I buy. Mr. Gibbs, you seemed to be the fall guy of this company, but also the one most concerned about the future of the workers and this company. I hope that you have been happy and prosperous in your endeavors since your departure from Camillus. That you took the time to reply, shows that you still care.
