Final edge sharpness

I'm always striving to make my edges as sharp as possible. I figured out another way to add the final cutting edge when finishing knives for shipment and it also works when resharpening. Basically, I've changed the angle when using the scotchbrite belts. I pleasantly suprised myself with this new method. This new method was done by accident resharpening my UNK.
