Yup...finally I got a Civilian......well actually I just won the bidding on Ebay...so the wait start again...I look forward.

It is the aluminium/kraton model with spyderedge.

Personally, Jens, I can't wait to see the influence on your own designs that carrying a Civvie for a while will have!

This proves it: even knifemakers aren't immune to Civilian bugs bite. :D. When I saw pics of civilian first time in the winter 1999 I knew that I have to have one. Now I have three different...

Same happened when I saw pics of your sheepsfoot knives...
BTW How is my sheep doing?

Nice! I'm also looking for one....

Tommi, you got one for sale maybe?? :)

G-10 Civvy is my first - you don't sell your first born will you??
Tuffram plainedged Civvy was so hard to find and is too rare to be sold...
CF painedged Civvy is too nice looking to be sold and is also too rare...
Grey matriarchs are also too rare...

No My Civilians stay in my collection where they belong. Sorry.;)

Congrats....I think you will really like the knife. A friend's younger brother bought one several years back (old model)the thing impressed me from the moment I saw it. I bought one about nine months ago and I love it.

I usually carry one of my SIFU's on a daily bases (as any woman will tell you when shopping for diamonds, bigger is always better:D )However, I found that with a big knife like the SIFU it doesn't carry well in dress pants (light weight slacks:barf: ) But the Civilian carries great. I was also very impressed with the overall fit and finish of the knife. I may have to add a carbon fiber model to the collection.

I finally got it along with a Terzuola old one...can´t remember the model name but it is the bigger of the two.....
Both knives are SO great and cool designed.

YAHOOOOOO....!!
