hi thanks for the welcome to the dark side- i really do like this knife, more and more every day - the guy i traded with, jack a, traded a emerson 'pretac' i believe its called to sniper308 recenly, like 8 knives and $$- go to the emerson forum and look for pretac emerson posted by sniper308 - its like a 3K knife - showed it to my wife and she said 'dont start' lol - i ordered a CRKT small kasper to carry as a utility for a while, have been looking at the small kaspers w/damascus blade/ ti handles - hmm birthday in october? thats a long time lol - but it is just so much neater than my other knives, including my CRK seb - when i got the seb, had been thinking about the kasper then, but ran across the seb at the gunshow, and traded a rifle (rem 7MM mag 700ADL, parkerized) that i only had about $275 in it, and this guy really wanted it, so traded gun for knife - didnt like the rifle anyway, not nuts about parkerizing - and plastic stocks? ok for tac use, but not for deer hunting - but then again i got a good deal on the rifle sooo (it is NIB, and i have never carried/sharpened it - i really dont know why..)- but anyway thought the CRK would cure my itch for a custom, then got my b in laws kasper- wow pretty neat - then he wanted it back - then i got a CRKT kasper, that while close, wasnt the same - had to have 1 - so here we are - but really impressed w/the knife - sorry to go on and on, i bet ya get the idea lol - told my wife i ordered the CRKT this morning, and she said oh **** here we go again.... - anyway this is fun , ya only live once, right????
