Greetings,
I just picked up this nice little file worked ATS-34 Wharncliff tanto on eBay for $25.oo. The cutting edge is about 3 and 5/8 inches long, and it's 8 and 1/8 inches in overall length. The knife came with a nice (lefthanded?) sheath and a lanyard. The knife is stamped "Perry" and "08" on one side, and "ATS-34" and "USA" on the other. There are several makers named Perry listed in the Knives 2006. Unless someone here knows who made the knife I will check with the makers listed in the book. I would interested to know more about the maker, and find out what kind of wood he used for the handle. Thanks for looking.
