So I finally decided to break in a buy a spyderco.... the Paramilitary2, should have it by wednesday.

Hopefully this will be worth it

Congrats! It had been awhile since I bought a Spydie myself. I recently jumped back in with a Para 2 and couldn't be happier. Perfect size for a larger knife. Hope you enjoy it!

Excellent choice. Now you are going to need a Military to go with it. Then a Manix 2, then a Sage, then a Police, then an Endura, etc. And so it starts. :D Welcome to the addiction.

You said next would be a Military ~~ I am looking for a BG42 Mil. and can't find one. How come.? What would they cost if I did find one.? Thx. JAG

Congrats. The para is a great Spydie to start with. Shouldn't be long before you'll be looking for your second.

It's like crack.

IMO, you picked an awesome model to start with. the para 2 is one of the best EDC blades on the market.

They're hard to find probably for the most obvious reasons:

A.) People like them, or think they're collectible so they don't get rid of them, some video games are like that, hard to find used because every just keeps theirs.

B.) Not many were made
