I know Spydies are excellent knives, but they've never had any "sex" appeal for me. Of about 60 knives, only 3 (now 4) are Spydies.:( Well, the Kopa w/tiger coral caught my eye, so off to NGK to place my order. I received the knife today and am blown away by how beautiful, well made and sharp it is. The coral handle is absolutely gorgeous and the blade is shaving sharp. Fit & finish is flawless. I can feel no gap or uneveness where the coral meets the bolsters. All in all, a great knife! I plan on buying more Kopas with the different handle materials! :D

I know I could find pics of the knife around, but how about some pics? Nothing like seeing pics of someones own knife. That is one of Spyderco's sexiest knives.

Sorry, can't do pix right now. My camera is down for the count!

I've been eyeing the Kopa's. I'll probably pick one up eventually. I wonder if they could do one with a Titanium hanlde and an exotic inlay.:)

If they did one in malachite, I'd probably have a hard time not buying one.

My first Spydie was the Native III, then I wanted a Mini Manix for Xmas, and my D'Allara2 is on the way home. I love them all!
(But I "dislike" serveral designs, like the Kiwi, ATR and the Volpe.)

Just goes to show you that there are "different strokes for different folks". My Volpe and Kiwi are two of my favorite EDCs.

I recently joined the forums and I am very new to knife collecting. After reading some of the posts I bought a spyderco native with the s30v steel. I think it is the greatest knife I have ever owned. For the price it has an edge that just wont quit.

I was very impressed with the looks of the Tiger coral Kopa and having fallen in love with the quality of the Native I decided to buy one. I think it is a very pretty knife. I am almost affraid to carry it it looks so good. I have not punished it like my native but it cuts very well and everyone that I show it to likes it. I also like the fact that it is a limited production run. Fit and finish on the knife is what I expected from spyderco. I can foresee more spyderco knives in my collection in the future.
