Well it finally happened. A ZT is in transit to my door. I ordered a ZT 0350TS and it will be here Wednesday. I can't wait. And i got a Kershaw Blur with S30V steel at the same time. :-) And I returned something to a store. Once I get the credit for that, I will order a ZT 0200 from KershawGuy. That can't happen soon enough. I can't wait to compare my favorite Kershaw, the Blur, to the famous ZT 0350 TS.

P.S. I wish I could change my user name. :-)

Three very different knives you got going there. Blur is more of an inexpensive speed safe flipper. OK knife but imo not in the same class as the ZT's.Which blade style did you get?

The 0350 is a sweety. Pretty decent size and weight - one of the smallest in the ZT lineup but still big enough for most daily uses.

The 0200 is in another class - big, well built (some say overbuilt), can take it and dish it out although my 0200 gets babied. You can get a blem from kershawguy.com for a ridiculous price if it's going to be a user.

The ZT's I find myself carrying most often are 56x, 55x and 30x variants.

Enjoy the knives - wondering what your initial impressions of the Blur and the 350 will be.

When I got my ZT 350 I sold my Blur almost immediately, that's how good it is. (Then I got a ZT 550 and that kicked the 350 back on to the marketplace).

The 0200 was my first ZT and I still have it. Amazing knife.

You can change your forum name but it costs money. Go to the membership sign up page and there should be a link there.

Wow. I look forward to checking out the 0350. I have always liked the Blur. I always felt they are very well built. The 0350 must be amazing to make the Blur look like junk. Come on tomorrow. Hurry up and get here.

I got the Tiger Stripe s30v plain edge blade. I hate serrations.

+1 for a Blur if you want something on the lighter side of things.
+1 for a ZT 0350 for S30V with titanium liners and G10 scales. The tiger stripe is nice!
+1 for any Kershaw or ZT from KershawGuy, blem or new... he's the man.

I started with the Blur in S30V (4.2 ounces), which for comparative reasons I'll say is "well groomed". For the price, (especially if you use a "blem" as an everyday "user"), you could lose it and not go broke getting another.

I started looking more into the Kershaw family of goods and then went for the ZT 0350SW, which would be like the "rough and tumble" brother to the Blur. This one is built rock solid. Hold the Blur and the 0350 in your hands and you will know what I mean quickly. It's that different, but in a good way. Exactly 5.6 ounces of goodness. A "blem" in the 0350 is probably the best value going for the "Made in the USA" substance you get.

I then went for a ZT 0303, which would be like the "trouble maker" brother of the three. It's on the large-ish size, and 1/2 a pound. "Built like a tank" is not a stretch. This thing opens with a distinct "thwack". Some find it to be a pant dragger; some love it. Sort of like an all-stainless full-size 1911. It just has that feel to it, and if you like the heft... it's nice.

I haven't put hands on the 0200, but there again... KershawGuy has the stonewashed goods that tempt me. ;)

You are lined up for some happiness!

Well it is my lucky day. I had to go to the post office to mail a knife. I checked the tracking and it showed it was there waiting to be delivered tomorrow. I asked if I can pick it up today. She said sure. So I got them. I checked out the Blur first. It is great. The blade looks great. The knife is first rate. Great fit and finish. I love it.

Next was the ZT 0350TS. It is amazing. Amazing fit and finish. Feels great in the hand. Has a nice heft to it. It is a nice weight. I don't understand people saying it
Is to heavy to carry. I mean, it is 6 oz for petes sake. But whatever. I am sure I will be carrying it a lot.

Good morning. The 0350 is growing on me a lot. I said I was going to order a 0200 from Kershawguy. Well I was looking at his site and saw a 0700 that jumped out at me. Since it was a "special purchase", I figured I better get one while I still could. Plus I have wanted to try a tanto blade. So now i need to save up for a 0200.

Bill,

I'm glad you've found a love for the ZT's! The 350 was the first I bought as well. I just recently picked up a ZT 0550, and it is amazing. I liked it so much I got another one... came in the mail today. I did have a slight hankering for a 0560, and still might, but after handling one recently i'm not sure I need one just yet. That CBCF sure is a looker though.

I have the same Blur and it's a great knife. Have been thinking about getting a 0200 for a friend in the Marines.

Very nice! the 350 was my first ZT and they are addicting. Loving the striped blade on that.
