My latest knife has been a long time coming, being delayed due to some health issues and other little things getting in my way.

But I am still alive and kicking with more inspiration than ever, and this is my latest work;

The blade is stainless RWL34 steel.

Handle is stabilized Redwood burl with Damasteel bolsters.

And the sheath is wet shaped leather in an "open spine" model with a small Damasteel detail.

Thank you for any and all feedback you might want to share!

Regards
/Magnus

As always, a great package all the way around, with super angles and some great sheathwork.

Love it my friend! Especially the piercing leading into the fuller. Damasteel bolster is awesome

Holy Mary Mother of....I don't think I have ever seen a more gorgeous piece of artwork in my life!

That open sheath is like showing cleavage. VERY alluring.

So glad you are healthy and vibrant. It shows. :)

Man that is beautiful. Even the sheath looks sharp enough to use in your weak-side hand. :thumbup: If I were back in military school again I'd love to carry an officer sabre made by you, and have it for my descendents. Just gorgeous.

From the flowing pattern of the materials, it seems that the knife's "blood" flows in the handle and the bolster...
Beautiful piece, Magnus-san !

The attention to detail .. even down to the sheath .. is incredible. Work of an artist.
