Finally arrived...

So, the RC-4P O.D. that I ordered from Dale over at www.the-knife-connection.com arrived. I have to say, that I am complete amazed at this knife. It was exactly what I was looking for. After using a SOG Seal Pup Elite for a couple years, I was left wanting more and this little baby filled the spot.

90% of my camping is done in state parks throughout Mass, CT, NH, and VT so the 4" blade is perfect. I do a yearly trip to the Allagash in Maine which I believe I will have to acquire the RC-6 for the extra length. But overall, great knife. Can't wait to use on the next trip.

I used mine to slice up a coconut cream pie last night. I think that the 1095 carbon steel makes it taste better.

thats will be my next rat! i bought a black rc-4 but now i believe ill be getting an od/orange rc-4 in the near future!
