Long time no see !

I live in Canada, Where do you guys go, to get spare parts ? The only Benchmade service I found was for USA...

I don't mind sending the knife for repair, but where @ ?

Fellow Canadian here too....

I am not aware of any authorized Canadian service locations for BM. You would have to contact them in the U.S.

Supposedly for international customers BM will actually mail you replacement springs. Much better than their US customer "service"!

Email a parts request to Benchmade at info@benchmade.com, and let them know that you are an international customer. Below is an excerpt from one of Benchmade International’s replies for reference :

“Thank you for contacting Benchmade,

Under our Limited Lifetime Warranty, disassembly of your knife does void our warranty. However, to accommodate our international customers from incurring additional shipping and tax costs, we do send out a select number of internal and external parts as a courtesy.

In addition to two original pocket clips, we will send out one handle screw, pivot screw, thumb stud kit, and two washer and spring kits at no charge. Any additional or alternative pocket clips or parts may be requested for a small fee. This complimentary service is only valid for up to five knives per year, up to 10 total parts. For any parts not listed, please send your knife in for service and we will be happy to replace any missing or broken parts and return the knife to you, free of charge.”

BM will definitely send you replacement springs, whereas within the US you have to send the knife in.
But pickung up some after market springs is always an option.
