finally done

Well I finally got a chance to get in the shop and finish this one up. Sewing that sheath was a real challenge. The blade is D2 and the handle is desert ironwood with copper liners. I think that this is my best work so far...some say that D2 won't take an edge but this baby is scary sharp !!! It cut a 1 in thick free hanging hemp rope with one half hearted swipe, and slices paper like butter. The heat treat and cryo was done by TKS. Hope you like it... I may post it in the for sale section as it is currently homeless ..

D2 will produce a very fine edge, as you have proven.
