Finally finished a couple (pics)

Finally after all the bad luck (again,does it ever stop)I finished up a couple.
Here is a 9 1/2 inch bladed Frontier style Damascus Bowie.It has a brass spacer in front of the stainless guard and a 4 1/2 inch handle of Bark Bone with a thin Nickel silver buttcap and stainless pins..
What ya think,Do I still have my eye or should I try another before a order..

And here is a 6 inch woodgrain Damascus Bladed straight back Bowie,back edge is full chisel grind with a stainless guard and nickel silver ferrule and buttcap with a 4 1/4 inch Bark bone handle with stainless pins...
How about this one....

Peter as for the chisel grind,The blade itself is a normal grind.But on the original Bell Bowies I was under the impression that the back edge only went half way thorugh the blade but I was corrected on this by Alex,Bell did his with a chisel grind on the back edge.So I wanted to try doing this even though it wasn't a Bell reproduction,makes the knife look really cool also,boths sides are different just like Bell used to do his,most of his handles were different patterns on each side also from what I have been told.
