Broke out the die grinder today and finished up the Bradley.
I always appreciated this knife but the lock bar cutout always was a sticking point so after a little grinding it's no longer an issue. Incredible difference. My winter dried, cracked thumb appreciates it especially.
Just a few finishing touches: Cocobolo scales, polished titanium clip, lock bar cutout, polished liners, and an Edge Pro re-profile. M4 is some tough stuff. Took a solid hour getting it to its present condition.

Thoughts? Is it done?

I like that you left the scales the same size resulting in the liners sticking out like it was designed. Very nice. I am thinking that a second Gayle Bradley to spruce up would be a good idea. My current has a nice patina and is a worker for sure.

Barman, that's one heck of an awesome looking knife. Mine just sits there looking at me wondering when she going in my pocket. I have to say "not yet baby, you're too rough for me."

Dang I need a Gayle Bradley one of these days. Need to see what that M4 is all about.

Stunningly beautiful knife!

Thanks everyone.
I wanted the liners exposed to match the grips on my Walther PPK/s. When I ordered the grips I knew I needed a companion knife for the .380 and the design of the Bradley fit the bill, just needed matching scales.
I was going to make this one a user but now I don't know, I don't want to mess it up.

Looking good Barman! You know that beauty deserves to be used. What edge angle did you put on it?

I was waiting for the sculptor to weigh in. Thanks Steve!
I kept it pretty close to original when I profiled, just Sharpied the edge and ran the stone on the Edge Pro over till the ink disappeared then relaxed the angle a degree or two and went to work. I believe when I measured it was around 34 degrees.

Very nice. Yes M4 is some tough stuff. Think it took me a couple hours just to get the edge apexed at 15 dps. My experience has been outstanding edge retention at this angle. Mine is actually off right now getting liners and blade acid washed by Maprik. I can't wait to see how it looks. I'll be sure to post pics when she gets home. I've considered a certain wood scale to contrast with the acid wash but gonna wait and see how it looks with the CF. When I need a worker, the Bradley is what I reach for.

Very beautiful. I like it very much. Might have been tempted to only drill for the pocketclip the way I would carry it, but that's just me.
