Hello all. I was honored to be chosen to make the master smith folder for this years auction. I had planned to have it done much earlier, but due to deaths in the family and other things got sidelined for a while. Anyway it is done and turned out nice. I would like to say a big Thank you to Jerry Mclure for all his help and advice with this one as it is my first folder.He is a good friend and excellent knife maker.
About the knife. It is a liner lock persian style folder. The blade is W pattern damascus, 3.5 inches long. The bolsters are also damascus as is the spacer. The liners are anodized titanium with a jeweled interior. And of course nice mammoth for the handle scales.
It will be available for viewing on the ABS table before the auction which takes place Saturday at 10:00 am . I am sure I will be doing more folders in the future. Thank you all for looking.
