Finally found something to get my 7 year old away from the TV

I had a huge duh moment recently. Geocaching is about the perfect enhancer to add to what I already do outdoors. I went out with my 7 year old daughter tonight and she loved it.

That is so much better for the kids than TV or video games. Exercise, mental stimulation...and the bonus is real one on one interaction with your kids, which is the biggest benefit of all.

After this post, I had a hunch and...yep, there's an iPhone app for geocaching. I told my wife about it and she thinks it sounds pretty cool. We've never done it but sounds like a fun hobby! Thanks for the tip AIG!
 
Dude, super cool of you to video and share. Been lightly "Caching" for a few months. Really fun, till you get stumped, then find out someone else found after you! Plenty of DUH moments, enjoy em all, have fun.
