Here's nearly all of my INFI, it's about time I got a picture up. Hopefully I'll have some better ones to follow in the near future:
INFI-1.jpg

After a couple inquisitionary (Is that even a word?) emails Here's a list of which knives are what=

Top left: 2 Tan/Tan Heavy Duties

Top Right (from top): Eu-17 Mini #17, Eu-17 #4, Eu-17 Magnum #14, Eu-17 Magnum #12 (bead blasted by pimpducci)

Bottom (from left): FBMLE's #'s 309 & 310, Tan/Tan FBM, 1 of 6 (I believe) mystery tube knives Tan/Black handshaped micarta, Factory Bead Blasted SHBM 1 of 12, Treasure Chest Crinkle coated SHBM 1 of 2, and a later model factory CG SHBM.

Thanks! My favorite is definitely my BBEU. It's to me as your NO-e is to you ;)

As long as you have Cobalt's SHBMs and not my BBSHSHs!!!! LOL! Nice start!

I'd kill for a BBSHSH!! Especially yours: You've got some NICE ones Tim! I haven't even had the opportunity to trade for or buy a SHSH let alone one of those pups! I'll eventually find a SHSH user at least....at some point. I'd like one for a smaller "hike" knife. My Eu-17 bounces around too much ;) the bead blast is holding up VERY well though. The only real wear is from my sharpening. I think I finally got the edge to where I want it...the BB near the edge has worn off a little though. I don't know how to avoid that when using sandpaper to sharpen :(

"Nice start"

Hell I don't even have that many bicycles and I have been cycling for over 40 years!!!

:D relative to Tim's collection mine IS a nice start :p I'm just a growing piglet....my hooves can bearly reach the trough. Sadly my longboard quiver needs some attending to. Had a great sector nine session today though ! That's my version of cycling :)

I have two Sector 9's:thumbup:  I got back into that when I was 52:eek: . If it involves a hill and wheels I may have one;). Are you a slider?

It might not seem like it, but 2 is just scratching the surface. I didn't understand how many I'd eventually get when I got my first board at about 7 years old (I still have it mounted on the wall...it's a classic pintail). At the most I had 14 boards, but I now have my favorite 5. A short single tail old school, a medium single tail oldschool (the cali logo) with the slight tail and concave nose, a Bamboo (similar to a pin but wider and DEFINITELY my favorite, you can carve it up with these...they're AMAZING!), a classic pin with originals trucks and some SPEEDY wheels/ceramic bearings for those crazy hills and my old style Luke Nosewalker with gumballs and wide INDY's for the cruising. I'm not the biggest slider, but I can still put a hand down on those switchback type turns. There's some way cool gloves you can buy with a plastic replacible disc that does the trick. Sadly I came across a hill a few weeks ago I didn't have the huevos to bomb. That's not too often, but this one was murderous! Frisco must be a hill bombers PARADISE!!

I actually just got my hands on the med-large sized fiberglass board...I got the deck off one of my friends who used the trucks and the wheels for another board. I dunno how I'm going to set it up. I might just use it as another means of transportation in which case I'll use something like indy's or gullwings with some gumball wheels. If I make it a bomber I might use Randal's or Originals again...they're some scary ass trucks though. It took me about 10 heartstopping falls and nearly a broken neck to figure those things out. I don't think I'd go through the pain again :p. Have you rode OG's before? They can practically turn circles around the edge of a manhole on a medium board. The faster your ride them, the steadier your feet and body have to be else you'll be superman for a few glorious seconds. They're great for turns, but pretty much overwork your adrenaline gland for everything else.

The board that I want is the one with the low deck kind of like this

with the trucks mounted at the ends (of course).

I rode one and it was great becuse you could drag your foot to scrub speed. have you seen the ones with 400 watt motors? VERY COOL:eek:

I can't say I've seen that one. It's been about a year and a half since I bought a board. I haven't really been looking....is it a Sector? I'll have to check out the local surf/skate/snow super shop in SD. My buddy manages at one of the 2 locations (or maybe it's both...I can't remember for sure). I get nice discounts and can get new stuff pretty quickly. Now that it's after season I'll try for a high end snowboard with some heavy discounts soon. I believe he might be holding one for me still

I haven't rode one of the boards with electric motors yet but I've been on a gas powered one. Fun for going uphill, but you can go WAY faster on longboard going downhill. Sometimes I hit some of the main streets that happen to also be big hills in the middle of the night. It's nice to have a wide street for easy carves on a hot summer night. Especially with no traffic. It's like my own form of meditation :D
